Terms of Use

Parties and Subject

These Terms of Use govern the terms of service between Yazarmax ("Platform") and the user who registers on the platform ("User"). By completing and submitting the registration form, the User is deemed to have accepted these terms.

Scope of the Service

Yazarmax is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that lets users produce SEO-friendly content with AI infrastructure, create stock and AI-assisted images, and automatically transfer this content to the WordPress sites they integrate.

User Obligations

By using Yazarmax, the User accepts the following obligations:

  • The User warrants that the email address and username provided at registration are accurate
  • Account security and the confidentiality of the password are entirely the User's responsibility
  • The User may not use content produced with Yazarmax for illegal, copyright-infringing, harmful or spam purposes
  • The security and access permissions of third-party APIs connected to the platform (e.g., your WordPress site) are the User's responsibility

Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

Intellectual property and the limits of liability are as follows:

  • The accuracy, originality and copyright of AI-generated content and images are entirely the User's responsibility. Yazarmax cannot be held liable for the legal consequences of the generated content
  • The platform's infrastructure, design and code belong to Yazarmax and may not be copied or reproduced

Suspension and Termination of the Service

If Yazarmax determines that these terms of use have been violated, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the User's account without prior notice.
